Removed Old Sample

FYI – I removed the Solo Mesh Tiled sample which has been obsolete for quite some time already. It does not provide any advantage over using tiled mesh all the way through and has become a slight maintenance burden. I will keep the merge functions around for the time being, but eventually they might go away too.
